EISENHOWER & CHURCHILL
Called to Lead

History offers many lessons for today's executives, and some of the best lessons come from the dark days of World War II. From that era, we examine the striking contrast in leadership styles, temperaments, and personalities of two world leaders.

Dwight Eisenhower and Winston Churchill grew up in very different worlds, took different paths through education and careers, yet each would become an influential war-time leader. This program was designed to show how to lead in times of change.

This 3-day workshop is combined with DiSC® — a leadership profile program—allowing participants to discover their own leadership styles.
RECOMMENDED WORKSHOP LOCATION
  • Gettysburg, Pennsylvania—site of the Eisenhower Farm and downtown locations that served as President Eisenhower’s national operations centers at the height of the Cold War.
  • Other WWII sites may be selected for the convenience of clients.
Book Workshop
