LESSONS FROM MOBY DICK
Getting Your Team in the Same Boat in Times of Change

This program is based on both history and the classic Herman Melville novel, Moby Dick. It depicts the risky world of the whaling industry and brings to life the experiences of the 19th century seaman. This program focuses on our fast-changing world of business today.

Using the book and movie versions of this classic tale, the 2-3 day leadership workshop is conducted in Mystic, CT. The program includes tours of the unique facilities of Mystic Seaport, a living museum of America’s maritime history. There you can immerse yourself in the lore and beauty of a fully restored New England fishing village and tour America’s last original wooden whaling ship, the Charles W. Morgan (built in 1841).
